application process

What is it like to pursue partnership with the Price Foundation?

Step 1: Do You Align With Our Foundational Values?

We make grants based on alignment with the values laid out in the Bible in the Old and New Testaments and upheld by the Christian faith. We are willing to make grants to secular organizations, but we will not support organizations whose missions are inconsistent with scripture. Read more on our home page, or contact us if you are unsure about your organization’s alignment with our values!

Step 2: Determine Eligibility

We’re looking for well-run organizations that make a demonstrable positive impact on communities, culture, and the Kingdom. We expect high quality management, goal setting, reflection on growth, and reporting, because we believe that organizations that do these well are best equipped for long-term success.

We have a preference toward organizations that multiply impact beyond those they directly serve. We do not finance long-term debt or brick-and-mortar projects. Also, we can only fund 501(c)(3) organizations in good standing with the IRS.

Besides that, we’re not very particular! We have no restrictions against general operating support, staff support, or consultant fees.

Step 3: Begin a Relationship

All our grantmaking is relational and by invite only. We are always looking for new partners, and we value deep relationships. So, reach out to us via our contact form! We look forward to hearing from you.

Our Letter of Interest and Full Proposal forms are online. You can gain access to submit them by communicating with us.

Step 4: Grant Application

If you have not previously partnered with the Price Foundation, your grant application process will begin either by Letter of Interest or a 1-hour phone/Zoom Informational Interview. You can request invitation to either of these via our contact form.

If you have a preexisting relationship with us, simply call or email us! Your application process will begin when you submit your Full Proposal.

  1. February 1: Letters of Interest and Informational Interviews due. Submission is open year-round.

  2. April 1: Decisions sent out on Letters of Interest and Informational Interviews. If we recommend your organization for consideration, we will contact you and request a Full Proposal.

  3. May 1: Full Proposals due. Access code shared with current and past partners upon request and to new relationships with approved Letters of Interest and/or Informational Interviews.

  4. September 30: Grant decisions are finalized. Notifications will be emailed to the contact person on the application. We approve around 10-15 grants for a total of over $1 million per year.

  • Multiplying Christ’s Church
